Independent brokerages need exceptional marketing

June 23, 2015

As a brokerage firm, you’re expected to provide agents with the tools to succeed. That’s partially why they pay you, after all. By continuing to ignore marketing, the top-producing agents will continue to elude you.

Just as you’re looking to attract top-producing agents, those same agents are looking for a brokerage firm that will give them the greatest chance of success. What better way to give them that confidence than a strong branding and marketing strategy? We’d say there aren’t many.

BRANDING CREATES A SOLID FOUNDATION

Agents are looking for a strong firm, and strong branding creates the illusion, or rather the reality, of just that. A recognizable logo that performs well across all media is essential to proving that you’re the right firm for an agent of their caliber. That logo will be displayed on all of their collateral, so it has to impress. If they don’t have their own brand, your brand will become theirs. Who wants to be represented by a faulty, dated brand? Not many top agents we know.

A STRATEGY YOU CAN SHOW POTENTIAL AGENTS

If you can outline your brand’s marketing strategy and show your potential new agents what you’ve done for your current agents, they’ll know what they’re getting, rather than just imagining. If your brand and marketing is strong, you should have no problem with showing what you’ll do and how you can take their sales to new levels. If you have sub-par materials, however, you’re likely to lose them to a firm with stronger advertising.

If you’d like to learn more about how you can attract top-producing agents through flawless branding and marketing, let’s meet. It’s a partnership, after all.
